From Our Visit to Tbilisi

This is our last day in Republic of Georgia. We/ve had a very busy time staying with Genny for these two weeks and driving throughout the countryside. It is a lovely country with such extremes in topography. The people are very generous and friendly. Genny has found quite a group of dogwalkers she meets very morning in the neighborhood park who look out for her and who together minister to homeless dogs in the park. "Grey dog" had been in a loosing dog fight and was on three legs shortly after we arrived. With several injections, IB Prophen, antibiotics and bandaging he is now romping merrily. Tonight be begin our 25-hour return trip.
Hope your saddlesores have healed by now (if existent)! Georgia seems to be a land of great interest to hikers, bikers and horseback riders. I found the car preferable!
We'll call this weekend.
Love
Sister
