The written summary sanitizes his slap at the laissez faire Bush Administration as being the cause of the SEC's woeful performance in allowing this crap. (He appeared to me to be a fellow-supporter of deregulation and the Bush Administration, but I could be wrong.)

Needless to say he's spot-on.
