Krugman Today -- Town Hall Mobs Over Health Care

This article deserves carefull scrutiny. Especially the points that show people can be against "govt. programs" while being in favor of their own Medicare coverage. The mob scenes were not just in Cincinnati, with Congressman Driehaus, which the Enquirer played down.

Then I heard Cong. Driehaus on WLW with Bill McConnell the next day or so. He did a good job under the most withering of questioning in America. "Willy" eventually said "you're a good man." But I think Cong. Driehaus basically had to swallow things he couldn't dodge.
