Cramer Last Night -- Two Brazillian Utilities

I feel Cramer is out of his element in the field of electric utilities in certain ways. But I feel he is right on about getting into foreign-denominated stocks to avoid the declining dollar's effect. Brazil? Probably good.

What used to be true in the '70s was tha a utility which had to build was in trouble, not one to be bought. But with interest rates so low this may not be too true anymore. Anyway, both Brazilian utilities he mentioned were electrics, I believe, and both were expanding, I believe.
