In researching Duke's natural gas policies in anticipation of a Glendale, Ohio, monthly council meeting Monday I found "no one home" except a southern-voiced investor's PR rep with a southern voice, inevitably out of Charlotte.
All Cincy gas purchasing experts are gone...from Cincinnati, that is. Also Don Marshall said at Council that Duke's electric rates are now the highest in Ohio. I had various lunches with Cincinnati officials 3 or 4 years ago -- ok just one lunch -- when the merger was pending, warning of just this. Got glazed eyes.
