As I type this I am proud of the Congress and the process that has occurred this week. What started as three pages has been vetted and picked at by the best people in the land, apparantly including Warren Buffett a few minutes ago. This type of process is fast, but we are now technically equipped to do this, with fiber optics, etc.
Putting aside the horribles and the still-horribles, I believe this process works!
