Zero degrees is the perfect 65 "heating degree day." Cost per house: $20. Cost per house per week of this: $140.
Of course in this region such low temperatures last for only a day or two normally.

The poor Europeans who have been cut off by Russia. I haven't checked on the temperatures there now, but probably they are not too severe.
